Send a request without installing the app
Email contact@bebartender.com. You can use any email app or copy the address. You do not need to sign in to this website, reinstall the app or explain your decision.
Say that you want to delete your BeBartender account and include the email linked to it. If possible, send your message from that address. Do not send a password, sign-in code, session token or identity-document scan.
If you use Apple's Hide My Email, the account may use an address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. You can check the address shared with BeBartender in your Apple account settings. If you do not know it or no longer have access, explain that in your message. We will determine the necessary way to verify account ownership without requiring you to reinstall the app. Knowing someone else's address alone does not authorise account deletion.
What happens after your request
The Operator will locate the account and, where reasonably necessary, verify your authority to request deletion. You will receive email confirmation once the operation is complete. Straightforward requests are handled without undue delay; we will provide information about action taken within one month of receipt. If the complexity or number of requests justifies an extension by up to two further months, you will receive the reason within the first month.
In the same message, you can request erasure of personal data in feedback or earlier correspondence. Provide only what helps locate the matter, such as an approximate date and brief description. You can also do this without deleting the account. An applicable request will be fulfilled unless a legal exception applies, which we will explain in the response.
What is deleted and what remains

Daily feedback and diagnostic cleanup may remove data up to one day before its maximum deadline. Deleting an account does not restart these periods.
Deleting in the app
Open Profile → Delete account and confirm your decision. An internet connection is required. The account, bar and favourites are deleted once the server confirms the operation, without an additional waiting period. The app then ends the local session and clears recent searches and unsent diagnostics on that device. Language, units and cached public images remain. You can retry if an error occurs. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.
Deletion is irreversible. Signing in again creates a new, empty BeBartender account.
Google and Apple sign-in
Deleting your BeBartender account does not delete your Google or Apple account. On iPhone and iPad, an Apple identity requires an additional system confirmation to revoke sign-in access. On Android or for an email request, the Apple connection may remain. For Google, the app attempts to disconnect access after account deletion. You can check and remove any remaining connection in your Apple settings or Google settings. This is not a condition for submitting a BeBartender account deletion request.
